We are a custom residential builder located in Shepparton, servicing the Goulburn Valley region.

At JVB, we’re passionate about building high-quality, sustainable homes that are tailored to how our clients live—now and into the future. From thoughtful design to energy-efficient construction methods, we’re committed to creating homes that feel good, function well, and stand the test of time.

Our dedicated carpentry team are employed on a full time basis and work directly and solely for JVB, giving us the ability to train our team to deliver the high level of finish found on our projects and accurately assign timelines for our jobs.

We have a fantastic team of trades, who align with our values and uphold our high standards. We understand the importance of supporting our local community and we prioritise the use of local trades and suppliers wherever possible.
